
It is being now commissioned by President Muhammadu Buhari, Minister of Transportation Rotimi Amaechi and Kaduna state Governor Nasir El-Rufai.
The project was started by the Goodluck Jonathan led government and completed by Muhammadu Buhari’s administration.
